Galbraith Retirement is a specialist provider of the management of privately owned retirement properties with the emphasis being firmly placed on the well-being of our occupiers.
We work to achieve realistic budgets by promoting a rigorous tender process to derive economies of scale and put in place services that are actually required to maintain the scheme effectively and efficiently.
We place importance on accounting guidelines and adopt a completely transparent accounting process. All expenditure is discussed with residents and copies of invoices and lists of expenditure are kept on site for residents to inspect.
We understand that service charges need to be fair and reasonable; we understand that residents want stability in charges long term, with no large increases. We consult with our residents and meet with them to agree on the budget and service charge levels.
We adopt a flexible and professional approach to our services and our policy is only to do what we are confident we can do well. We take the time to listen to residents and we ensure we communicate with them at all times. We also feel it is important to meet and openly discuss any issues that affect the scheme on a regular basis.
